Meeting Request for the Mayor

Thank you for contacting the Office of the Mayor. Given the high volume, please allow six to eight weeks of lead time for any specific meeting date requests. While every meeting request is important to the Mayor, due to scheduling demands, not all can be accommodated.  For this reason, the Mayor may ask that a member of his staff meet with you on his behalf.

This is a meeting request, not a confirmation.  If the Mayor can meet with you, his scheduler will arrange your visit.
