Event Invitation for the Mayor

Thank you for contacting the Office of the Mayor. Given the high volume, please make your request six to eight weeks in advance of your event. While every invitation is important to the Mayor, due to scheduling demands, not all can be accommodated.  For this reason, the Mayor may ask that a member of his staff attend your event on his behalf.

If the Mayor can attend, his scheduler will follow up with you to arrange his visit.
