APD investigating today’s death on West Side as possible justifiable homicide

ALBUQUERQUE – APD homicide detectives are investigating what appears to be a justifiable homicide following a road rage incident at the intersection of Eagle Ranch and Paseo Del Norte.
Officers responded to a call about a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian shortly after 1 p.m. today. First responders located an adult male who was pinned underneath a vehicle. The man died as a result of his injuries.
Homicide detectives determined one male subject got run over by a vehicle after brandishing a handgun. There are no outstanding suspects, and multiple witnesses were interviewed.
