APD investigating fatal shooting in SE Area Command

APD’s Homicide Unit is investigating a shooting death in Southeast Albuquerque.

Officers in the Southeast Area Command initially responded around 11 a.m. to call about a vehicle that crashed into a home in the area of San Pedro Blvd and Copper Ave., N.E. Officers discovered an adult male inside the vehicle with a gunshot wound. The man was declared deceased.

Homicide detectives are starting an investigation.
