Only starter stages may be selected for game 1.
The winner bans 1 starter stage, the loser bans 2 starter stages, and the winner selects from the remaining available stages.
After game 1, counterpick stages are added to the stagelist.
After each game, the winner of the previous game states if they will change their character.
The loser then states if they will change their character.
