City Councilor Klarissa Peña joins the Valley Gardens Neighborhood Association and Belden family and friends, to honor long time community advocate Marta Belden, with a dedication of a park bench at her neighborhood park. Marta Belden who passed away in 2015, was a longtime community activist who lived in the Valley Gardens Community in the South Valley.
