Final Action of the Rules & Regulations of the Intragovernmental Conference Committee for the Separation of Powers Issues Under the City Charter

ACTION:
SUMMARY:
The rules and regulations were created to implement the rules promulgated by the Intragovernmental Conference Committee in enforcing the City Charter for the City of Albuquerque, Article XIX (“Determination of Separation of Powers under the City Charter”) and the Intragovernmental Conference Committee Ordinance (Chapter 2, Article 16 of the Code of Ordinances).
DATES:
On March 7, 2025, public notice of the rulemaking was posted in the lobby of City Hall and on the City Clerk’s website dedicated to rulemaking, in accordance with §2-15-1, et seq. ROA 1994. On March 31, 2025 at 11:00 am, a public rulemaking hearing took place on Zoom. The Rules and Regulations of the Intragovernmental Conference Committee are effective 5 days after publication by title on the City Clerk’s website and completion of the report in accordance with §2-15-2(B), ROA 1994.

The Office of the City Clerk did not receive any in person or written comment. The Office of the City Clerk did not have any response to public comment.
