The Customer Service Standards, Exhibit B to the Comcast Franchise Ordinance, authorize Customer Complaints to the Cable Franchise and Hearing Board.  Customers may file such Complaints only after they have tried to resolve their complaints directly with Comcast, but are unable to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.  The Customer Bill of Rights also lays out the procedures that the Hearing Board will follow in hearing such Complaints.  The Cable Board will provide you a copy of these procedures after receiving this Complaint.

Please attach a copy of Comcast's proposed resolution.
Please state your proposed resolution and the reasons why your proposed resolution would be fair and just.
