Albuquerque Museum Image Use Request Form

We grant permission to reproduce images in our collections on a one-time basis, and all image requests require completion of this form. Albuquerque Museum does not own copyright for every collection item, makes no representation of exclusive ownership of the rights to any image, grants no exclusive rights to anyone, and assumes no responsibility for unauthorized duplication.

In most cases we provide this service for free. However, fees and reproduction costs may be applied depending on the nature of the request. Museum staff will notify you if any use fees apply to your request.

Payments can be made by cash or credit card at the museum admissions desk, or checks may be made out to “Albuquerque Museum” and mailed to:

Orders will be filled upon receipt of payment, use fees are non-refundable.

This request is for one-time use of the materials listed in the Object Information Section of this form. Subsequent use requires reapplication.
