Transparency and accountability are key parts of ACS. Let us know how we can improve where we're struggling and reinforce where we're doing well!

Please complete as much information as possible. 

You may file a complaint anonymously; however, keep in mind that an anonymous complaint is difficult to resolve. 

This form is only for commendations or complaints against Albuquerque Community Safety employees. This form is NOT for requesting a call for service. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911. If you need ACS to respond to a non-emergency, please call 311 and ask for an ACS response.
